If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets aggregate trader beliefs through real-money stakes. This market aggregates decentralized forecasts without a house edge, which can make exact-score probabilities more responsive to new information. Comparing this market's implied odds to major sportsbook lines can reveal where the crowd sees value or where consensus differs.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that adjusts odds continuously as traders buy and sell shares in each exact-score outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more capital flowing into a particular scoreline, the higher its price rises, and vice versa. This mechanism ensures liquidity and allows you to enter or exit positions at transparent, real-time rates without waiting for a counterparty.
This market resolves around Jul 19, 2026, once the Hammarby versus Degerfors match concludes and the final score is verified against credible public sources. The winning outcome is the exact scoreline—for example, 2–1 or 1–0—that matches the official result. All other exact-score outcomes are marked incorrect, and traders holding shares in the correct final score receive their payout.
Key catalysts include team news such as injuries, suspensions, or lineup changes announced before kickoff. Recent form, head-to-head history, and weather conditions can shift trader expectations about goal-scoring patterns. As match day approaches, late-breaking injury reports or tactical adjustments often trigger sharp repricing. During the match itself, early goals or red cards will cause rapid reallocation of probability away from pre-match favorites toward outcomes that reflect the live scoreline.
