On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and vice versa. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s efficiency is driven by traders seeking to profit from perceived mispricings, leading to a dynamic adjustment of probabilities based on available information and collective sentiment. This creates a real-time assessment of the potential result of the match.
This market resolves around Sep 22, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official result of the Hajek vs. Marasek match, as reported by the governing sporting body. The platform will verify the result against trusted sources to determine which outcome corresponds to the actual event result. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will be entitled to a payout based on the final market price at resolution, while those holding shares in the losing outcome will forfeit their investment.
