Prediction market odds in this market often reflect a different outlook than traditional sportsbook lines. While sportsbooks incorporate expert adjustments and handling fees, prediction markets let traders bet directly on their beliefs, which can produce sharper or more volatile pricing. Comparisons may show gaps in implied probabilities, especially when trader sentiment diverges from mainstream analyst views or public opinion polls.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now.
