In the upcoming Ligue 2 game between Grenoble Foot 38 and Clermont Foot 63, scheduled for September 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Grenoble Foot 38 vs. Clermont Foot 63 match originally scheduled for September 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each possible exact score. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and its implied probability rises. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's price reflects the collective judgment of all participants, creating a dynamic and real-time assessment of the event’s likelihood. Currently, the market shows a strong preference for a 0-0 draw, as indicated by the high share price for that outcome.
This market resolves around Sep 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final result of the Grenoble vs. Clermont match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official scoreline reported by the governing football league. Traders will be able to claim their winnings based on the final, verified score. It’s important to note that any potential postponements or cancellations of the match may affect the resolution timeline, but the outcome will always be determined by the official result when the match is completed.
Several factors could significantly impact this market before the match concludes. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Grenoble Foot 38 or Clermont Foot 63 would likely cause shifts in the odds. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments announced by the managers, or even unexpected weather conditions on match day could also influence trader behavior. Furthermore, significant betting activity—a large influx of volume on a specific outcome—could also move the market, reflecting a change in collective sentiment. Monitoring these signals will be crucial for anyone looking to trade in this market.
