Often, prediction market odds reflect a different perspective than those offered by sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and incorporate a profit margin, while this market represents the collective wisdom of PredictionHero users. Discrepancies can arise from differing information, biases, or simply a different assessment of team strengths and weaknesses. If you find a significant difference between the implied probability on Kalshi and sportsbook odds, it could indicate an opportunity for value betting, assuming you agree with the crowd's assessment.

The price of each contract reflects the market's current expectation of that outcome's probability. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect the evolving consensus.
