All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds often reflect a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines to balance their risk and ensure profit, incorporating a 'vig' or commission. This market, however, is driven purely by the collective forecasts of traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the outcome. As a result, the odds on Polymarket may differ from sportsbook offerings, potentially offering value to informed bettors who identify discrepancies between the two. It’s common to see prediction markets outperform sportsbooks, especially when complex events are involved.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores, and the price of each share reflects the market’s probability of that score occurring. As more traders buy shares of a particular outcome, its price increases, indicating a higher perceived chance of success. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price movements are driven by supply and demand, with traders reacting to news, analysis, and their own individual assessments of the match. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the most up-to-date information available.
This market resolves around Sep 13, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score of the Gimnasia y Esgrima de Jujuy versus Atletico de Rafaela match will be used to determine the winning share(s). The resolution will be based on the official result declared by the governing football league and reported by reputable sports news sources. Traders will be able to claim their winnings once the resolution is finalized on Polymarket.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market before resolution. Any news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either team could significantly shift expectations. Tactical changes announced by the managers, such as a shift in formation or starting lineup, could also impact the perceived probabilities of different scores. Furthermore, weather conditions on match day, or even late-breaking news about team morale or internal conflicts, could all contribute to price movements. Unexpected events during the match itself, such as early red cards, will also likely cause substantial shifts in the market.
