This group forecasts the exact final score of the Primeira Liga match between Gil Vicente FC and Académico de Viseu FC, scheduled for September 6, 2026. The markets consider regulation time (90 minutes plus stoppage time) only, excluding extra time and penalty shoot-outs. A separate market exists for 'Any Other Score'.
In the upcoming Primeira Liga game between Gil Vicente FC and Académico de Viseu FC, scheduled for September 6, 2026 at 3:30 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Gil Vicente FC vs. Académico de Viseu FC match originally scheduled for September 6, 2026 at 3:30 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
All markets resolve based on the total goals scored in the Vicente Barcelos vs Viseu professional Liga Portugal soccer game scheduled for September 6, 2026, after 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Extra time and penalty kicks are excluded from goal counts for resolution purposes. Each market has a different threshold for goals, ranging from more than 0.5 to more than 5.5 goals, determining whether the outcome is Yes or No.
This market will resolve to "YES" if the combined total number of goals scored by GIL Vicente and Academico Viseu is 3 or higher during regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time only) in the Primeira Liga match scheduled for September 6, 2026, 19:30 UTC. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO." If the match is postponed, this market will remain open until the match has been completed. If the match is not completed as scheduled for any reason (for example, if it is abandoned, canceled, or awarded), and an official final result is recognized by the governing body or event organizers, this market will resolve based on that result. If no official final result is recognized and no make-up match is scheduled, this market will resolve "50-50." Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
Prediction market odds, like those found in this market, often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, while prediction markets incorporate a broader range of information and sentiment. This can lead to discrepancies, as prediction markets may more quickly adjust to new information or account for factors not fully captured by sportsbook algorithms. The efficiency of this market, and its ability to forecast the result, is an ongoing comparison.
Prices for this market may differ between Polymarket and Limitless due to variations in trader participation, liquidity, and perceived information advantages. Polymarket and Limitless can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform attracts a different user base with potentially differing opinions and risk appetites, which influences how they price the possible outcomes. Furthermore, the trading mechanisms and fee structures on Polymarket and Limitless can contribute to price discrepancies. Differences in the volume traded—currently $134,791 in the last 24 hours—can also create temporary imbalances between the platforms as orders are filled on one venue but not the other.
