On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring. As more people buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and vice versa. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing reflects the collective intelligence of the market participants. The current implied probability of a particular outcome is determined by the share price relative to $1, with higher prices indicating a greater likelihood.
This market resolves around Oct 3, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official result of the Taras vs. Moshovskyi match, as reported by the governing sports authority. The platform will then determine the winning outcome and distribute payouts to those who correctly predicted the result. Traders should monitor official sources for the final result to understand how this market will settle.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market before Oct 3, 2026. Any news regarding the condition of either competitor, such as injuries or illness, could significantly shift probabilities. Unexpected changes in form or recent match results could also impact trader sentiment. Major announcements related to the event itself, like venue changes or rule modifications, might also cause movement. Ultimately, any information that alters the perceived likelihood of either competitor winning has the potential to move this market.
