GIANTX GC and SK Nebula compete on map 2 of their Valorant match in the VCT Game Changers EMEA 2026 tournament on July 20, 2026. The winner of this specific map will be determined by official tournament results.
Resolution depends on map completion and official results. If the match or map is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time (July 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT), the market resolves to fair market price. If the match is cancelled before play begins, the map is cancelled before play begins, the match is forfeited before any play occurs, or the map is forfeited before any play occurs in the map, the market resolves to fair market price. If the map begins and is subsequently forfeited, resolution follows the official result published by the governing body or tournament organizer. Otherwise, the market resolves according to the map winner as determined by official tournament records.
Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and manage risk, while prediction markets aggregate distributed trader beliefs in real time. This market's odds may lead or lag traditional sportsbook pricing depending on which venue processes new information faster. Comparing the two can reveal arbitrage opportunities or signal where professional and retail traders disagree on the likely outcome.
On Kalshi, this market is priced through a continuous order-book mechanism where traders buy and sell shares tied to each outcome. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The bid-ask spread reflects the current balance of supply and demand, and prices update instantly as new trades execute. Wider spreads typically indicate lower liquidity or higher uncertainty, while tighter spreads suggest strong consensus. Your entry and exit prices depend on the depth available at any given moment.
This market resolves around Jul 20, 2026, once the Map 2 result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome will be confirmed based on the official match result reported by the esports governing body or league. Until that point, prices may fluctuate as new information, team updates, or player performance data surfaces. Early resolution is possible if the match is cancelled or postponed under league rules.
Key catalysts include roster changes, player injuries or substitutions, recent team form and head-to-head records, and pre-match interviews or statements from coaches. Map-specific strategy shifts, patch updates affecting in-game balance, and betting-market consensus from major sportsbooks can also drive repricing. Live-streaming commentary and expert predictions in the days leading up to the match may influence trader positioning. Any official league announcements regarding scheduling, format, or eligibility could trigger sharp moves.
