This market refers to the combination of the pre-match coin toss and the final match result for the cricket match between Dusseldorf Blackcaps and SC Krefeld scheduled for 2026-09-04 in German Super League NRW T10. The outcome corresponding to Dusseldorf Blackcaps will be considered correct if Dusseldorf Blackcaps is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. The outcome corresponding to SC Krefeld will be considered correct if SC Krefeld is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. In all other cases - including where the toss and match winners differ, or where no match winner is recorded - the market will resolve to "Draw". DLS/DRS adjustments, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, Super Over, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a match winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the tiebreak winner will be considered the match winner for this market. If the match ends tied with no tiebreak used or available, no team will be considered to have won the match and the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without an official match winner being declared, the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and will then resolve as described above.

Prediction market odds often differ from those found at traditional sportsbooks due to the different incentives and information sources involved. Sportsbooks set odds to maximize profit, while prediction markets reflect the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to accurately forecast the outcome. This can lead to prediction markets being more accurate, especially when a large amount of volume is traded. It’s common to see discrepancies, particularly before significant events or when new information emerges. Examining these differences can offer valuable insights into public perception and potential value bets.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and vice versa. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s efficiency is driven by the incentive for traders to accurately predict the result, as profitable trades are rewarded. This dynamic pricing reflects the aggregated intelligence of the crowd.
This market resolves around Sep 11, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the toss in the German Super League NRW T10 match between Dusseldorf Blackcaps and SC Krefeld. The platform will verify the result against publicly available sources to determine which outcome is the winner. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will be paid out according to the final market price at resolution.
Several factors could influence the price of this market. Any news regarding player availability, weather conditions at the match location, or changes in team form could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements related to the tournament itself, or even general news affecting the teams’ morale, could also play a role. The release of updated team lineups closer to the match time is a key signal. Significant volume spikes on Polymarket are also a strong indicator that new information is impacting the market’s perception of the likely outcome.
