Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market represents the aggregated beliefs of individual traders. If a significant discrepancy exists between the implied probability on Polymarket and sportsbook odds, it might indicate that traders have access to information or insights not fully incorporated into the sportsbook's pricing.
