On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and vice versa. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's price reflects the aggregated sentiment of all participants, creating a dynamic and real-time assessment of the event's likelihood. This contrasts with fixed-odds betting, where the odds are set in advance and do not change based on subsequent trading activity.

The resolution will be based on the official result of the match between Francesco Forti and Alejandro Juan. Any disputes or ambiguities will be resolved using widely accepted sources of information regarding professional tennis matches. The platform will verify the result and distribute payouts to winning shareholders accordingly. Traders should monitor official sources for the final result to understand how this market will settle.

Any news regarding the players’ form, injuries, or changes in their coaching staff could significantly shift expectations. Unexpected results in other matches leading up to the event might also affect the perceived probabilities.
