In the upcoming K-League game between Gangwon FC and Bucheon FC 1995, scheduled for August 1, 2026 at 6:30 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Gangwon FC vs. Bucheon FC 1995 match originally scheduled for August 1, 2026 at 6:30 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different mechanisms. Sportsbooks set lines to balance their liability and profit margin, while prediction markets aggregate the collective beliefs of many independent traders competing for returns. Sportsbooks typically adjust lines based on betting volume and risk management, whereas prediction markets allow continuous price discovery as new information surfaces. For exact-score markets like this one, sportsbooks may offer limited options or wider spreads, while prediction markets can price dozens of specific outcomes simultaneously. Neither is inherently more accurate, but they serve different purposes: sportsbooks facilitate wagering, while prediction markets reveal distributed knowledge about likely results.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that allows traders to buy and sell shares representing each possible exact score. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each outcome has its own price, expressed as a probability between 0 and 100 percent, and traders profit by buying low and selling high or by correctly predicting which scoreline will occur. The market's price reflects the aggregate belief of all participants, with larger trades moving the odds more significantly than smaller ones. As the match approaches, new information—team news, betting patterns, or analyst commentary—can shift prices across all outcomes. Traders can enter or exit positions at any time before the market closes.
This market resolves around Aug 1, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The winning outcome is determined by the final scoreline of the Gangwon FC versus Bucheon FC match. Only the exact score that matches the official result will be marked correct; all other outcomes resolve to zero. Traders holding shares in the correct exact score receive their payout once verification is complete. Until that point, positions remain open and can be traded freely.
Several factors can shift odds in this market before it closes. Team news—injuries, suspensions, or lineup changes—often triggers significant repricing, especially for key players. Recent form, head-to-head history, and tactical adjustments announced by either coach can influence trader expectations about likely scorelines. Weather conditions or venue factors may also play a role. As the match date approaches, betting activity from sharp bettors or professional syndicates can move prices sharply if they identify value in specific outcomes. Finally, any breaking news about team morale, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances can cause rapid repricing across all exact-score options.
