Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Both Polymarket and Kalshi use identical resolution logic: the market resolves based on the official match outcome (win, loss, or draw) after 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 19, 2026, with the same primary resolution source (official governing body statistics or credible reporting consensus within 2 hours).
Primary resolution logic:
Official J-League statistics as recognized by the Japan Professional Football League (J.League), or credible reporting consensus if official statistics are not published within 2 hours after match conclusion.
Core resolution logic:
Gamba Ōsaka win market resolves YES if and only if Gamba Ōsaka wins within 90 minutes plus stoppage time; otherwise NO.
Fagiano Okayama win market resolves YES if and only if Fagiano Okayama wins within 90 minutes plus stoppage time; otherwise NO.
Draw market resolves YES if and only if the match ends in a draw within 90 minutes plus stoppage time; otherwise NO.
Exactly one of the three markets will resolve YES (mutually exclusive outcomes).
Extra time and penalties are explicitly excluded from resolution scope.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed and official statistics are available.
Match Cancellation: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game, the draw market resolves YES and both win markets resolve NO.
Resolution Source Timing: If official J-League statistics are not published within 2 hours after match conclusion, resolution uses consensus of credible reporting sources.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official publication of match statistics by J-League or, if unavailable within 2 hours post-match, upon consensus of credible reporting sources.
