In the upcoming EFL Cup (Carabao Cup) game between Fulham FC and Crystal Palace FC, scheduled for October 28, 2026 at 3:45 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Fulham FC vs. Crystal Palace FC match originally scheduled for October 28, 2026 at 3:45 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance betting action and incorporate a profit margin, while this market’s prices are driven purely by traders’ beliefs about the likelihood of each exact score. If a significant discrepancy emerges between the two, arbitrage opportunities may arise, where traders can profit by betting on both the prediction market and a sportsbook. However, it’s important to note that sportsbooks and this market have different costs and risk profiles.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing each possible exact score, and the price of each share reflects the market’s collective belief about its probability. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect new information and changing sentiment. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price movement is driven by supply and demand; if many traders believe a particular score is likely, they will buy shares, driving up the price, and vice versa. Currently, the most probable outcome, Exact Score: Fulham FC 0 - 0 Crystal Palace FC?, has a chance percentage of 90.0%.
This market resolves around Oct 28, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the Fulham FC versus Crystal Palace FC match, as reported by a recognized sports data provider, will determine the winning exact score. The market will then settle, and shares in the winning outcome will be worth $1 each, while shares in all other outcomes will be worth $0. Traders should monitor official sources for the confirmed result to understand when resolution is complete.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Late-breaking news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either Fulham FC or Crystal Palace FC would likely have a significant impact. Changes in team formations or tactical approaches announced before the match could also move the market. Even weather conditions on match day could play a role, particularly if they are expected to affect the style of play. Any significant public sentiment shifts, perhaps driven by expert analysis or fan discussions, may also influence trading and price discovery in this market.
