In the upcoming match between Frosinone Calcio and Venezia FC, scheduled for September 6, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET: This market will resolve to "Frosinone Calcio" if Frosinone Calcio are the first to score in the first half (first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time). This market will resolve to "Venezia FC" if Venezia FC are the first to score in the first half (first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time). If neither team scores in the first half (first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time), this market will resolve "Neither". If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve to "Neither". This market refers only to goals scored within the first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time. Second-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market allows traders to freely express their beliefs about the likelihood of each outcome. If a significant number of traders believe a sportsbook is undervaluing a particular result, they can buy 'yes' shares, driving up the price and potentially creating arbitrage opportunities. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially as new information emerges or public sentiment changes leading up to the event.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in whether Frosinone or Venezia will score first in the first half, or if neither team will. The price of each share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price fluctuates based on supply and demand; increased buying pressure on a particular outcome raises its price, while selling pressure lowers it. This dynamic pricing reflects the collective intelligence of the traders participating in the market.
This market resolves around Sep 6, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the resolution will depend on which team, if any, scores the first goal during the first half of the Frosinone Calcio versus Venezia FC match. If neither team manages to score during the first 45 minutes (plus any added time), the 'Neither team to score first' outcome will be considered the result. The official match records will serve as the basis for determining the winning outcome.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market. Late-breaking news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either Frosinone or Venezia would likely cause significant shifts. Changes in weather conditions, especially if they are expected to heavily impact the style of play, could also move the market. Additionally, any pre-match analysis from reputable sports analysts predicting a strong performance from one team over the other could sway trader sentiment and affect the price of shares. Unexpected lineup announcements could also be a catalyst for price movement.
