Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Polymarket and Kalshi both resolve based on the official outcome of the Frosinone vs. Palermo Serie B match on April 10, 2026, considering only the result after 90 minutes plus stoppage time, with identical handling of postponements and cancellations.
Primary resolution logic:
Official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers (Lega Serie B); if unavailable within 2 hours post-match, credible reporting consensus may be used.
Core resolution logic:
Exactly one of three mutually exclusive outcomes will occur: Frosinone win, Palermo win, or draw.
Each platform offers three separate binary markets corresponding to these three outcomes.
If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed.
If the match is canceled with no make-up game, Frosinone win and Palermo win markets resolve NO, and the draw market resolves YES.
Resolution scope is limited to the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time; extra time and penalties are excluded.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open and unresolved until the match is actually played and completed.
Match Cancellation Without Make-Up: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game scheduled, the Frosinone win and Palermo win markets resolve NO, while the draw market resolves YES.
Extra Time or Penalties: Resolution is based solely on the result after 90 minutes plus stoppage time. If the match proceeds to extra time or penalties, those outcomes are not considered for resolution.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official publication of final match statistics by the governing body or event organizers (Lega Serie B), or within 2 hours after the match conclusion via credible reporting consensus if official statistics are not published within that window.
