This event group concerns a League of Legends match between FlyQuest and Shopify Rebellion in the LCS Summer 2026. The markets ask who will win the match, with provisions for cancellations, forfeits, and potential team rebrandings.
The event determines the winner of the LCS 2026 League of Legends match between FlyQuest and Shopify Rebellion scheduled for September 6, 2026, at 4:00 PM EDT. If FlyQuest wins, its corresponding market resolves to Yes; if Shopify Rebellion wins, its market resolves to Yes. Should the match be postponed beyond 48 hours of its original start time, cancelled before play begins, or forfeited without any gameplay, both markets resolve to the fair market price. If the match starts but is later forfeited, resolution follows the official result declared by the governing body or tournament organizer. Kalshi clarifies it holds no affiliation with the governing league, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
This market refers to the LoL match between Shopify Rebellion and FlyQuest in the LCS Summer 2026, initially scheduled for September 6, 2026 UTC. This market will resolve to "Shopify Rebellion" if Shopify Rebellion win the match against FlyQuest. This market will resolve to "FlyQuest" if FlyQuest win the match against Shopify Rebellion. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, or the team is renamed or rebranded, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
Differences in prices between Kalshi and Limitless for the League of Legends match can arise from several factors. Kalshi and Limitless can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform has its own user base with varying levels of expertise and information, leading to different interpretations of the event's likely outcome. Trading volume also plays a role; lower volume on one platform can result in wider bid-ask spreads and more volatile pricing. Furthermore, the specific mechanisms for order execution and market making can differ between Kalshi and Limitless, contributing to price discrepancies. These differences are normal and reflect the dynamic nature of prediction markets.
