This set of markets tracks the point differential in a college football game between Florida International and South Florida. Each market corresponds to a specific margin of victory, allowing participants to bet on whether the winning team will exceed that margin.
All markets resolve based on the official final point differential of the Florida International vs South Florida college football game scheduled for Sep 5, 2026. If South Florida wins, markets resolve to Yes if their victory margin exceeds the specified threshold (e.g., over 30.5 points, over 27.5 points, etc.). Conversely, if Florida International wins, markets resolve to Yes if their victory margin exceeds the specified threshold (e.g., over 1.5 points, over 2.5 points, etc.). If the game is postponed but commences within 48 hours of its original scheduled start time, all markets remain open and resolve based on the final result. If the game fails to start within 48 hours of its original scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price, ensuring equitable treatment for all participants under these contingency conditions.
This market resolves around Sep 6, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result is determined by the official game score and point differential, checked against widely accepted sports databases and news sources. Once the final spread is officially recorded, the market settles automatically based on which side of the line each team falls.
Key signals such as player injuries, coaching changes, or significant performance shifts could move this market before it settles. Weather forecasts for the game day, especially regarding potential game delays or alterations to playing conditions, may also impact trader sentiment. Additionally, any public polling or expert analysis released closer to the matchup can shift perceptions of which team is more likely to cover the spread, influencing buying and selling activity on Kalshi as the event nears.
