Kalshi

All markets resolve based on total goals scored by both teams during the first half of the specified EFL Cup match. Only goals occurring in the first half count, and if the match is canceled or rescheduled beyond 48 hours, markets resolve at a fair price. Three separate thresholds (0.5, 1.5, and 2.5 goals) determine resolution, with each market resolving to 'Yes' if the actual total exceeds its respective threshold.
