If both teams score an equal number of goals (including zero), the "Tie 2nd Half" market resolves to Yes. The markets are unaffected by first-half results, and resolution occurs regardless of extra time or penalties. If the game is canceled or rescheduled beyond 48 hours, markets resolve to a fair price per secondary rules.
