In the upcoming ATP singles match scheduled for 2026-07-05 14:30 UTC: if Felix Auger-Aliassime wins the match, this market resolves to "Felix Auger-Aliassime"; if Alejandro Davidovich Fokina wins, it resolves to "Alejandro Davidovich Fokina". The winner is the first player to claim the required number of sets under the match's official best-of format. If the match begins but is not completed, a retirement or default counts the opposing player as the winner. If a walkover is declared before the first point is played, the match is outright canceled, or it is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. Suspensions caused by weather, fading light, or other tournament-imposed delays do not close this market — it stays open until the match is officially completed, provided it concludes within the 7-day window mentioned above. Resolution Source: The official ATP Tour scoring page. Note: This market will resolve strictly based on the first officially published result from the designated source. Any subsequent revisions will not affect this resolution.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets are driven purely by trader belief and capital allocation. This market aggregates the views of many independent forecasters competing for accuracy, which can surface edges that sportsbooks miss—especially in less-liquid matchups. Comparing the two can reveal where public perception and professional oddsmaking disagree most sharply.
On Opinion, this market is priced through continuous order-book trading, where buyers and sellers set the odds directly by placing bids and offers. On Opinion, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price you see reflects the last executed trade and the current spread between buy and sell orders. As new information emerges—injury reports, recent form, or head-to-head history—traders adjust their positions, moving the price to reflect updated expectations about the match outcome.
This market resolves around Jul 5, 2026, once the match concludes and the winner is verified against credible public sources. The outcome is determined by the official result of the tennis match between the two players. No ambiguity exists in tennis outcomes—one player wins or the match is voided under rare circumstances—making this a straightforward binary event with clear resolution criteria tied to the final score.
Several factors could shift odds significantly before the match. Injury announcements or withdrawal news would trigger sharp repricing. Recent tournament results, head-to-head records, and surface-specific form all influence trader positioning. Court conditions, weather forecasts, and lineup confirmations closer to match day can spark volatility. Media coverage highlighting momentum or confidence from either player's camp may also prompt position adjustments. Watch for betting syndicates or sharp money entering the market, which often signals a directional conviction that moves prices.
