On Polymarket and Predict, prices can vary due to differences in user participation, liquidity distribution, and market design. Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For instance, one platform might attract more local fans, skewing its odds toward a favored scoreline, while the other could reflect international traders. Additionally, each venue sets its own fee structure and default opening probabilities, which influences how traders place bets and thus the final implied chances for each outcome.
Injuries, weather conditions, and recent form for both teams can shift expectations and move this market. Key moments like lineup announcements or tactical changes may also influence trader sentiment. As the match approaches, any last-minute news or performance trends could cause rapid adjustments in the priced probabilities, so staying updated is essential for active participants.
