PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue: Kalshi's resolution logic contains a logical contradiction where all three possible outcomes (Sheriff first, Maccabi first, no goal) resolve to Yes, rendering the market fundamentally unresolvable. Polymarket uses a clear ternary outcome model with explicit time scope (90 minutes plus stoppage only, excluding extra time).Hero tip: Polymarket's market is tradeable and clear. Kalshi's market should be flagged as having a critical data integrity issue—contact Kalshi support to clarify whether this is a settlement error or intentional design before committing capital.

Critical divergence points:

  • Kalshi: All three outcomes (Sheriff scores first, Maccabi scores first, no goal scored) are stated to resolve to Yes. This creates a logical impossibility: the market cannot differentiate between outcomes. Scope includes entire game including extra time periods.
  • Polymarket: Clear ternary resolution: Sheriff Tiraspol, MH Maccabi Tel Aviv, or Neither. Scope is strictly 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time only. Extra time and penalty shootouts explicitly excluded. Primary source is official statistics from governing body or credible reporting consensus if unavailable within 2 hours.
Our PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.

Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Kalshi

If FC Sheriff Tiraspol scores first, that outcome resolves to Yes. If Maccabi Tel Aviv FC scores first, that outcome resolves to Yes. If the match ends without any goal being scored, the No Goal outcome resolves to Yes. Own goals are credited to the team awarded the goal by official match records. The match is a professional Europa League game originally scheduled for July 23, 2026.
