In the upcoming Club Friendlies game between FC Penafiel and RC Deportivo De La Coruna, scheduled for September 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the FC Penafiel vs. RC Deportivo De La Coruna match originally scheduled for September 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET, considering the final score regardless of format (e.g. two halves totaling 90 minutes plus stoppage time, or four periods totaling 120 minutes). If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, which represents their profit margin. This market, driven by the collective intelligence of traders on Predict, aims to reflect the true probabilities of each outcome. While sportsbooks may initially set odds based on expert analysis, this market evolves as new information and opinions emerge from a diverse group of participants. It's common to see differences between the two, especially as the event approaches and more trading occurs.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell contracts representing each possible exact score, and the prices of these contracts determine the implied probabilities. As more people buy contracts predicting a specific outcome, the price of that contract increases, making that outcome appear more likely. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price movements are driven by supply and demand, reflecting the collective beliefs of the traders. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds are constantly updated to reflect the latest information and sentiment.
This market resolves around Sep 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the FC Penafiel vs. RC Deportivo De La Coruna match, specifically the exact scoreline, will be used to determine the winning contracts. The resolution process relies on publicly available data to ensure a fair and transparent outcome for all participants. Traders will be able to see the resolution details on Predict once the event has concluded and the results have been verified.
Several factors could influence trading activity and move this market before resolution. Any news regarding team injuries, suspensions, or changes in coaching staff could significantly impact the perceived probabilities. Unexpected weather conditions at the match venue could also play a role. Furthermore, shifts in public sentiment, driven by expert analysis or media coverage, can influence trader behavior. Even late-breaking news about player form or tactical adjustments could lead to price fluctuations in this market. Monitoring these signals can provide valuable insights into potential market movements.
