Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Both Polymarket and Kalshi use identical resolution logic: the market resolves based on the official match outcome after 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 19, 2026, with consistent handling of postponements and cancellations.
Primary resolution logic:
Official Ligue 1 statistics as recognized by the governing body or event organizers; if unavailable within 2 hours of match conclusion, credible reporting consensus may be used.
Core resolution logic:
FC Nantes win market resolves YES if and only if FC Nantes scores more goals than Stade Brestois 29 after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Stade Brestois 29 win market resolves YES if and only if Stade Brestois 29 scores more goals than FC Nantes after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Draw market resolves YES if and only if both teams have equal goals after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Exactly one of the three markets will resolve YES; the other two resolve NO.
Resolution is based on regular play only and does not include extra time or penalty shootouts.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed and the final result is determined.
Match Cancellation: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game scheduled, the Nantes win and Brestois win markets resolve NO, while the draw market resolves YES.
Resolution Source Timing: Official governing body statistics are the primary source. If not published within 2 hours after match conclusion, credible reporting consensus becomes the resolution basis.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official publication of the final match result by Ligue 1 or event organizers, or within 2 hours thereafter via credible reporting consensus if official statistics are delayed.
