On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this market is priced through a decentralized process where traders submit bids and asks for each possible score outcome. The platform’s automated market maker adjusts prices based on order book depth and recent trading activity. This creates a dynamic probability curve that reflects collective trader sentiment about which scores are most likely.
This market resolves around Aug 9, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The exact final score reported by authoritative sports news sources and official league records will determine which outcome is paid out. No manual intervention or platform-specific rules affect this process beyond public verification.
Injuries to key players, weather conditions affecting match play, and tactical changes announced by coaches can all shift this market. Strong pre-match betting trends on traditional sportsbooks, analyst predictions, and crowd sentiment on fan forums may also influence trader behavior. Any breaking news closer to kickoff that alters perceived match dynamics is likely to cause price swings.
