Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different pricing mechanisms. Sportsbooks set lines to balance their book and manage risk, while prediction markets aggregate trader beliefs through continuous price discovery. This market's odds may lead or lag sportsbook lines depending on which venue attracts sharper action first. Traders often compare the two to identify mispricings, though prediction markets tend to converge toward consensus as the event approaches. Both reflect genuine uncertainty, but their structures—market-driven versus bookmaker-managed—can produce meaningful differences in the exact score odds.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that allows traders to buy and sell shares in each exact score outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each outcome reflects the cumulative trading activity and the collective belief of all participants. As traders buy shares in a particular scoreline, its price rises; selling pressure lowers it. This continuous price adjustment ensures the market remains responsive to new information and trader sentiment. The top outcome currently reflects strong consensus, though all scorelines remain tradable until the match concludes.
This market resolves around Jul 29, 2026, once the match between FC København and FK Polissia concludes and the final score is verified against credible public sources. The outcome is determined by the exact scoreline at the end of regular play, with all shares in the correct score outcome paying out at full value. Traders holding positions in incorrect scorelines receive nothing. Resolution is typically confirmed within hours of the final whistle, allowing rapid settlement and payout distribution to winning traders.
Team news—injuries, suspensions, or lineup changes—can shift odds significantly, as can recent form, head-to-head history, and weather conditions on match day. Betting syndicate activity and sharp money flowing into particular scorelines often signal informed opinion and can trigger rapid repricing. Pre-match analysis from respected analysts and media coverage may also influence trader positioning. As kickoff approaches, late-breaking tactical announcements or injury updates typically drive the largest moves. Once the match begins, live scoring updates will cause immediate repricing as traders adjust their positions based on the unfolding result.
