The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Prediction market odds on this market often diverge from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect decentralized trader sentiment rather than set bookmaker adjustments. While sportsbooks may offer spread or over/under lines, this market lets participants bet on the precise score, creating a granular view of possible outcomes. Traders can react faster to new information, sometimes leading to sharper or more volatile pricing than conventional sportsbook markets.
On Polymarket and Kalshi, prices can vary due to differences in user bases, liquidity, and how each platform handles order flow. Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For instance, one venue might attract more traders focused on sharp arbitrage, while the other could reflect broader public sentiment. These dynamics often produce divergent implied probabilities for the same outcome, allowing opportunistic traders to exploit price gaps between the two markets.
Injuries to key players, weather conditions, or tactical changes announced by coaches can all shift this market. High-impact moments like red cards or early goals often cause rapid recalibrations, as traders adjust expectations for the final score. Media narratives and betting trends on other platforms may also create momentum swings, especially when volume spikes ahead of major match developments.
