Frequently asked questions

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market is driven purely by individuals willing to put their money behind their beliefs. If a significant number of people believe an outcome is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the price will move accordingly. However, it’s important to note that sportsbooks incorporate factors like vigorish, which isn’t present in this market, potentially leading to discrepancies. Analyzing both can provide a more comprehensive view of expectations for the Inter Milan vs Udinese match.

On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing different possible outcomes. The price of each contract reflects the collective belief of all participants regarding the probability of that outcome occurring. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the prices adjust dynamically, providing a real-time assessment of expectations for the second half result. The current price indicates what percentage of the total payout a buyer receives for each dollar risked, inversely proportional to the implied probability.

This market resolves around Sep 14, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the result of the second half of the FC Internazionale Milano vs. Udinese Calcio match will be used to determine the winning contract. The outcome will be based on the official result reported by a recognized sports data provider. Traders will then be paid out according to their holdings in the winning contract, reflecting the final price at resolution. This ensures a transparent and verifiable process for settling this market.

Several factors could influence the price of this market before Sep 14, 2026. Any news regarding injuries to key players on either Inter Milan or Udinese could significantly shift expectations. Tactical changes announced by either manager, such as a shift in formation or starting lineup, could also impact the market. Even weather conditions on match day, or pre-match analysis from respected football commentators, could cause traders to adjust their positions. Unexpected news related to team morale or off-field issues could also contribute to price movement in this market.
