Prediction market odds in this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines due to the granular nature of predicting an exact score. While sportsbooks may offer spread or over/under bets, prediction markets let traders speculate on precise outcomes, sometimes pricing in sharper probabilities for less likely scores. This can create divergence, where the crowd-sourced assessment differs from averaged bookmaker odds.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders collectively set the odds for each possible score combination through buying and selling shares. The current leading outcome reflects the highest chance as assessed by participants, with its probability indicated by the market price. Liquidity and recent trades influence these prices, allowing for rapid shifts as new information or sentiment emerges.
This market resolves around Aug 22, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score reported by official match sources will determine which exact score outcome is correct, and the market will close accordingly.
