This prediction market asks for the exact final score of a Bundesliga match between FC Bayern München and RB Leipzig. Resolution depends on the official match result after 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time, with a fallback to established sports data providers if official sources are unavailable. Any score not explicitly listed resolves to 'Any Other Score'.
In the upcoming Bundesliga game between FC Bayern München and RB Leipzig, scheduled for October 17, 2026 at 12:30 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the FC Bayern München vs. RB Leipzig match originally scheduled for October 17, 2026 at 12:30 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds, like those found in this market, often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines based on models and internal risk assessments, while prediction markets aggregate individual forecasts. This can lead to discrepancies, especially when public sentiment strongly diverges from expert opinion. However, both aim to accurately represent the probability of various outcomes. The volume of $111,089 in this market suggests significant interest and active price discovery, potentially offering insights beyond standard betting lines.
Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Price discrepancies between Polymarket and Predict can arise from several factors. Each platform has a different user base with varying levels of expertise and access to information regarding the Bayern vs Leipzig match. Trading volume also plays a role; higher volume on one platform can lead to more efficient price discovery. Additionally, the specific mechanisms for trading and order execution differ between Polymarket and Predict, influencing how quickly and to what extent prices adjust to new information. These factors contribute to the observed differences in the assessment of the likely outcome.
