In the same competitive Valorant matchup, the first map serves as the opening clash between Evil Geniuses and Cloud9. The result depends entirely on which team claims the initial map of their best-of-three series.

Kalshi

The market resolves based on the winner of map 1 in the specified VCT Americas Stage 2 2026 match between Evil Geniuses and Cloud9. If either team wins map 1, the corresponding market resolves to Yes. If the match or map is postponed beyond 48 hours, cancelled, or forfeited before play begins, the market resolves to the fair market price. If a map begins and is later forfeited, the result follows the official governing body's decision.
