This market tracks whether the European T20 Premier League cricket match between Glasgow Cosmic and Amsterdam Flames will be completed, as determined by official statistics from espncricinfo.com. Currently, the consensus probability of the match being completed is 100.0%. This aggregate reflects predictions from Polymarket and Kalshi. Resolution will be based on whether either team wins, accounting for all possible outcomes including DLS/DRS, over-rate penalties, forfeit, or Super Over. Keep an eye on the scheduled match date of September 16, 2026, to see if the game proceeds as planned.
This market refers to the cricket match between Glasgow Cosmic and Amsterdam Flames scheduled for September 16 2026 at 9:15 AM ET in European T20 Premier League. DLS/DRS, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the winner determined by that tiebreak will be used for resolution. If the match ends tied and no on-field tiebreak is used or available under the playing conditions (e.g., group-stage ODI with no Super Over), the market will resolve 50-50. If the match is postponed/rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed. If the match is permanently canceled or abandoned or otherwise is completed without a winner, the market resolves 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead.
Markets resolve to Yes if the specified team wins the match. If the match ends in a tie, draw, no result, abandonment, cancellation, or insufficient play to determine a winner, all markets resolve to $0.50. If a forfeit, disqualification, or concession occurs before play begins, markets also resolve to $0.50. If such an event occurs after play begins and the governing body declares a winner, markets resolve based on that official result.
Prices on Polymarket and Kalshi can diverge due to several factors. Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform has a different user base, trading fees, and liquidity, all of which can influence price discovery. Additionally, the specific mechanisms for trading and order execution on each platform can lead to temporary discrepancies. Market sentiment can also vary between the two platforms, as traders may interpret available information differently or have access to unique insights. These differences are normal and contribute to a more robust overall prediction market.
Several signals could significantly impact this market. Any news regarding player injuries, team form, or changes in playing conditions could shift probabilities. Unexpected weather forecasts that might affect the match are also potential catalysts. Furthermore, significant trading activity on either Polymarket or Kalshi could signal new information or changing sentiment among traders. Finally, any updates from the European T20 Premier League regarding the match schedule or rules could influence the market's direction.
