This market tracks whether the European T20 Premier League match between the Dublin Guardians and Amsterdam Flames will be completed as scheduled. Currently, the consensus probability of the match being completed is 100.0%. This assessment aggregates data from Kalshi and Polymarket, and will resolve based on official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers, with ESPNcricinfo as a reference source. Keep an eye on the match scheduled for September 5, 2026, as the outcome of that game will determine resolution.
This market refers to the cricket match between Dublin Guardians and Amsterdam Flames scheduled for September 5 2026 in European T20 Premier League. DLS/DRS, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the winner determined by that tiebreak will be used for resolution. If the match ends tied and no on-field tiebreak is used or available under the playing conditions (e.g., group-stage ODI with no Super Over), the market will resolve 50-50. If the match is postponed/rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed. If the match is permanently canceled or abandoned or otherwise is completed without a winner, the market resolves 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead.
Markets resolve to Yes for the specified team if that team wins the match as scheduled. If the match ends in a tie, draw, no result, abandonment, cancellation, or insufficient play to determine a winner, all markets resolve to $0.50. Forfeits or disqualifications before the match begin also result in $0.50 for all markets. If a forfeit or disqualification occurs after play has started and the governing body declares an official winner, the market resolves based on that result.
Prices on Polymarket and Kalshi can vary because each platform attracts different user groups and may apply unique liquidity incentives. Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For instance, one venue might have deeper liquidity for certain outcomes, pulling its prices toward where the most active traders are positioned. Additionally, trading volume patterns—such as a surge in activity on one platform alone—can shift its odds independently of the other. These dynamics mean that Polymarket and Kalshi often show distinct implied probabilities, even though they are ultimately betting on the same real-world result.
Key signals that could shift this market include injury updates or lineup changes for either team, weather forecasts affecting pitch conditions, and any high-profile performances in preceding matches that influence perception of momentum. Media coverage highlighting tactical adjustments or strategic advantages may also sway trader sentiment. As the event nears, betting trends on either platform can amplify price swings, especially if volume spikes on one venue. All of these factors—on-field developments, news reports, and trading activity—have the potential to move this market significantly before it settles.
