This market refers to the combination of the pre-match coin toss and the final match result for the cricket match between Amsterdam Flames and Dublin Guardians scheduled for September 15 2026 at 5:30 AM ET in European T20 Premier League. The outcome corresponding to Amsterdam Flames will be considered correct if Amsterdam Flames is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. The outcome corresponding to Dublin Guardians will be considered correct if Dublin Guardians is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. In all other cases - including where the toss and match winners differ, or where no match winner is recorded - the market will resolve to "Draw". DLS/DRS adjustments, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, Super Over, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a match winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the tiebreak winner will be considered the match winner for this market. If the match ends tied with no tiebreak used or available, no team will be considered to have won the match and the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without an official match winner being declared, the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and will then resolve as described above.

Generally, prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from those set by sportsbooks. Sportsbooks establish lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market allows traders to express their own beliefs about the likely outcome of the toss. If a significant number of traders believe a sportsbook’s odds are inaccurate, they can trade in a way that shifts the price on Polymarket to reflect their collective view. This can lead to discrepancies between the two, though they frequently converge as the event approaches.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, indicating a higher perceived probability. Conversely, selling pressure lowers the price. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the aggregated predictions of all traders on the platform.
This market resolves around Sep 22, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the official result of the toss is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will be determined by whichever team wins the toss in the European T20 Premier League match between Amsterdam Flames and Dublin Guardians. Traders who correctly predicted the winning team will be paid out according to the final share price of their chosen outcome on Polymarket at the time of resolution. The market will then close, and trading will cease.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding team form, potential playing conditions, or even weather forecasts could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements about player availability or changes to the toss procedure could also have an impact. Furthermore, large trades by influential market participants on Polymarket could create momentum and cause the price to move quickly. Monitoring these signals and analyzing the trading volume can provide insights into potential market movements before the toss takes place.
