In the upcoming Concacaf Nations League game between El Salvador and Martinique, scheduled for September 25, 2026 at 11:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the El Salvador vs. Martinique match originally scheduled for September 25, 2026 at 11:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds tend to reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can often be more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, especially when considering information not fully priced into the sportsbook lines. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, while Polymarket allows traders to directly assess probabilities. However, sportsbook odds can sometimes move more quickly in response to breaking news, particularly regarding team lineups or injuries. It’s useful to compare both to get a comprehensive view of expectations for this market.
This market resolves around Sep 26, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final score of the El Salvador vs. Martinique match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result declared by the governing football association. Any disputes regarding the official score will be resolved based on publicly available information and established sporting rules. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings or adjust their positions based on the final result.
Several factors could significantly influence this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either El Salvador or Martinique would likely cause price adjustments. Changes in weather conditions, particularly if they are expected to heavily impact the playing field, could also shift probabilities. Unexpected announcements about team formations or tactical changes could also move the market. Finally, any significant public sentiment shifts, perhaps driven by expert analysis or pre-match polls, could impact trading activity and alter the odds on Polymarket.
