The market resolves on Jun 28, 2026. Resolution is determined by the final official match result: the outcome is YES if Egypt defeats Iran by a margin of 2 or more goals, and NO otherwise. This includes any scenario where Egypt wins by exactly 1 goal, Iran wins, or the match ends in a draw. The resolution uses the official score recorded by the governing football authority at the end of regular time and any applicable extra time or penalty shootout, depending on the tournament rules.
Key catalysts include team news such as injuries to star players, lineup confirmations, and recent form updates. Pre-match analysis from credible football analysts or tactical breakdowns can shift trader sentiment. Head-to-head historical performance and goal-scoring trends between these nations matter significantly. Weather conditions, venue factors, and tournament stage pressure may also influence expectations. As the match date approaches, any official statements about squad availability or coaching changes could trigger sharp price movements. Live match developments—early goals, red cards, or momentum shifts—will drive final price action before resolution.
