On Polymarket, the current probability reflects trader sentiment rather than traditional sportsbook lines. While sportsbooks may factor in additional variables like historical performance and public betting trends, this market derives its odds purely from user activity. Traders often see sharper or more volatile pricing, especially as new information emerges. The gap between the two can widen if Polymarket traders prioritize different signals, such as recent training updates or minor injuries not yet reflected in sportsbook adjustments.
