This market refers to the combination of the pre-match coin toss and the final match result for the cricket match between Pak Falcon CC Vihren and Young Bulgarian Stars scheduled for 2026-06-29 in ECS Bulgaria. This market resolves according to (1) the official toss result and (2) the finalized match result as published by https://www.espncricinfo.com/. The outcome corresponding to Pak Falcon CC Vihren will be considered correct if Pak Falcon CC Vihren is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. The outcome corresponding to Young Bulgarian Stars will be considered correct if Young Bulgarian Stars is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. In all other cases - including where the toss and match winners differ, or where no match winner is recorded - the market will resolve to "Draw". DLS/DRS adjustments, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, Super Over, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a match winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the tiebreak winner will be considered the match winner for this market. If the match ends tied with no tiebreak used or available, no team will be considered to have won the match and the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without an official match winner being declared, the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and will then resolve as described above.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance liability and profit, while prediction markets aggregate decentralized trader beliefs through price discovery. For this market, prediction market participants may price the toss outcome differently than bookmakers, particularly if one venue attracts more informed cricket bettors or if liquidity varies. Comparing the two can reveal where consensus is strongest or where specialized knowledge creates pricing gaps.
On Polymarket, traders set the price of this market through an automated market maker mechanism, where each outcome's probability is determined by the ratio of shares bought and sold. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price you see reflects the cumulative trading activity of all participants, with each trade moving the odds incrementally. As new information emerges or match conditions change, traders adjust their positions, causing the implied probability to shift in real time until the market resolves.
This market resolves around Jul 6, 2026, once the toss outcome is confirmed and verifiable from credible public sources covering the match. The resolution hinges on the official toss result announced by the match officials at the start of play. Until that moment, traders can continue adjusting positions based on team news, weather, or other factors that might influence toss-calling strategy, but the final outcome is determined solely by which team wins the coin flip.
Several factors can shift odds in this market before resolution. Team roster announcements, injury updates, or changes to playing conditions may alter how traders assess each captain's toss-calling likelihood. Weather forecasts and pitch reports can influence perceived advantage, prompting traders to adjust their positions. Additionally, historical head-to-head toss records or recent form trends might surface new information. Late-breaking news about team strategy or captain availability could also trigger notable price movements as traders incorporate fresh data into their probability estimates.
