Prediction market odds on this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect the collective wisdom of traders rather than set bookmaker margins. While sportsbooks may include adjustments for their risk management, this market’s odds evolve based on participant activity and can therefore provide a more dynamic view of expected outcomes.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders set prices through their bets, which determine the current implied probability for each outcome. The leading outcome’s chance reflects the aggregate of all participant positions, showing what the market thinks is most likely. Volume and recent trades also influence pricing, allowing rapid shifts as new information emerges.
