In the upcoming Dota 2 best-of-two series, scheduled for July 7, 2026 at 5:00 AM ET, if the series ends in a draw (1-1), this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If the series is postponed, this market will remain open until the series has been completed. If the series is canceled entirely, with no make-up, this market will resolve "Yes". This market refers only to the result of the best-of-two series (both games). The primary resolution source for this market is the official results of the event as recognized by the tournament organizer. However, if the tournament organizer has not published final results within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the tournament organizer. Revisions to officially declared final results made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Prediction markets and traditional sportsbooks price outcomes differently. Sportsbooks set odds based on their own models and risk management, then adjust them to balance action. Prediction markets, by contrast, aggregate trader beliefs in real time—prices shift continuously as new information emerges. This market reflects what traders collectively believe will happen, which often diverges from sportsbook lines because the two venues operate under different incentive structures and information flows. Comparing the two can reveal where consensus differs.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that allows traders to buy and sell shares representing each outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share reflects the cumulative trading activity and the current balance of buy and sell orders. As traders place bets on a Falcons win, BetBoom victory, or draw, the prices adjust dynamically to maintain equilibrium. This continuous repricing mechanism ensures that the odds you see always represent the latest market sentiment.
This market resolves around Jul 7, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will be confirmed as either a Falcons victory, a BetBoom Team victory, or a draw based on the official match result. Until that point, prices may fluctuate as new information about team form, roster changes, or other factors influences trader expectations. Resolution happens automatically once the event is finalized and reported.
Several factors could shift prices significantly before the match. Team roster announcements, player injuries, or last-minute lineup changes often trigger sharp moves. Recent performance data, head-to-head records, and tournament context all influence trader positioning. Patch updates or meta shifts in Dota 2 can also affect perceived team strength. As the match date approaches, any news about team preparation, coaching changes, or competitive momentum may cause traders to reassess their positions and adjust the odds accordingly.
