In the upcoming Dota 2 best-of-two series, scheduled for July 7, 2026 at 12:30 PM ET, if the series ends in a draw (1-1), this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If the series is postponed, this market will remain open until the series has been completed. If the series is canceled entirely, with no make-up, this market will resolve "Yes". This market refers only to the result of the best-of-two series (both games). The primary resolution source for this market is the official results of the event as recognized by the tournament organizer. However, if the tournament organizer has not published final results within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the tournament organizer. Revisions to officially declared final results made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Prediction market odds reflect aggregated trader conviction rather than bookmaker pricing models. On platforms like Polymarket, participants directly stake capital on outcomes, creating prices driven by supply and demand rather than margin-based sportsbook spreads. This market often incorporates real-time information and specialized knowledge from esports enthusiasts, potentially offering different odds than traditional sportsbooks. Comparing the two can reveal where public prediction markets diverge from conventional betting lines.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker system. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each outcome—Inner Circle win, 1win win, or draw—has its own share price between 0 and 1, where the price reflects the collective probability estimate. As more traders back one result, its price rises and others fall. This continuous repricing mechanism ensures the market stays responsive to new information and trading activity throughout the event window.
This market resolves around Jul 7, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will reflect the official match result—whether Inner Circle or 1win emerges victorious, or if a draw occurs. Resolution timing depends on when the event finishes and confirmation becomes available through established esports news sources and official tournament records.
Team roster changes, player substitutions, or injury announcements could shift trader sentiment significantly. Recent tournament performance, head-to-head records, and patch updates affecting hero balance may influence perceived win probabilities. Pre-match commentary from esports analysts and community discussion around team form could trigger buying or selling pressure. Any official statements about the match venue, timing, or format adjustments might also prompt repricing as traders adjust their positions.
