If neither team scores more runs than the other in the 9th inning — meaning the runs scored are equal — the 'Tie 9th inning' market resolves to Yes. Only runs scored during the 9th inning count; earlier or later innings are irrelevant. If the game is called early and the 9th inning is incomplete, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. The resolution depends strictly on 9th-inning performance, regardless of whether the home team bats in the bottom of the inning, unless the inning remains incomplete due to an early game cancellation.
