The event tracks individual player performance in a specific baseball game, focusing on achieving various hit thresholds. Each market centers on whether designated players can reach certain hit counts during the match. Outcomes depend strictly on the players' in-game hitting statistics.
All markets resolve based on the number of hits a specified player records in the Detroit vs Chicago WS professional baseball game scheduled for Sep 18, 2026. If the player records the minimum required hits as defined in each market (ranging from 1+ to 4+), that market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. Critical participation criteria apply: if a player is scratched, not in the starting lineup, or fails to record a plate appearance, the market resolves to the fair market price. Pinch-hit at-bats do not count toward any market. Settlement occurs only if the player is in the starting lineup and records at least one plate appearance; in such cases, the market resolves based strictly on hits recorded during official at-bats.
