On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders manually set the odds through buying and selling shares, creating a dynamic price based on supply and demand. The current top outcome reflects the collective belief of participants about which team is most likely to score first, expressed as a probability. Market depth and volume of $12 help determine how responsive the pricing is to new data or shifts in sentiment leading up to kickoff.
This market resolves around Sep 6, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the match result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The first team to find the net during regulation time will settle the market, unless the game ends in a draw with no goals scored — in which case the 'neither team' option wins. Resolution occurs shortly after official match reports are published.
Key moments such as starting lineups, early injuries to star players, weather conditions affecting style of play, and momentum shifts during the first half can all dramatically move this market. Any update that changes the perceived likelihood of an early goal — from tactical formations to high-pressure scenarios — may cause rapid re-pricing on Polymarket as traders react to live developments and new information before the final whistle.
