On Polymarket, this market reflects trader sentiment rather than traditional sportsbook lines. Prediction market odds often differ due to speculative positioning and liquidity dynamics unique to decentralized venues. Traders may see varying implied probabilities compared to sportsbooks, influenced by factors like open interest and recent trading volume. The market price captures collective user expectations, which can diverge from sportsbook odds based on betting patterns and public sentiment. Over time, shifts in trader confidence or new information can cause this market to move independently from conventional sportsbook lines.
