In the upcoming Allsvenskan game between Degerfors IF and Djurgardens IF, scheduled for July 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Degerfors IF vs. Djurgardens IF match originally scheduled for July 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
Resolution is determined by the total combined goals scored by both teams in the Degerfors vs Djurgarden Allsvenskan match after 90 minutes plus stoppage time (excluding extra time or penalties). The event includes multiple threshold levels, each resolving independently based on whether the total goals exceed specified increments. Each threshold outcome resolves to Yes if the total goals surpass its respective level.
Prediction market odds often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect crowd-sourced forecasts rather than set odds. In this market, prices update instantly with new information and trader sentiment, while sportsbooks may adjust less frequently and incorporate their own margins. Comparing both can reveal mispricings — for example, if the prediction market heavily favors a draw but sportsbooks offer higher payouts on a Degerfors win, it may signal an opportunity.
On Polymarket and Kalshi, prices can vary due to differences in user bases, liquidity, and market design. Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For instance, one platform might attract more local fans, skewing its probabilities, while the other could reflect international traders. Additionally, each venue sets its own fee structure, which influences how users place bets and therefore the displayed odds. These dynamics often create divergence in real-time prices.
Injuries to key players, weather conditions, or tactical changes announced by coaches can all shift this market. Strong pre-match betting trends on either Polymarket or Kalshi may also create momentum swings. Mid-week friendly matches involving the teams, or early goal updates from live broadcasts, often cause rapid price adjustments as traders react to new information ahead of the final whistle.
