All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market allows traders to freely express their beliefs about the probability of each exact score. If a significant amount of money is wagered on a particular outcome, the odds will shift to reflect that increased conviction. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially before a significant amount of trading occurs, as the market aggregates information from a diverse group of participants.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market's current assessment of the probability of that score occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the prices adjust dynamically. The market’s efficiency relies on the active participation of informed traders who seek to profit from perceived mispricings, ultimately driving the probabilities toward a collective best estimate.
This market resolves around Sep 27, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official exact score of the De Graafschap vs. FC Den Bosch match will be used to determine the winning outcome. The resolution will be based on the official result as reported by a recognized sports data provider and widely available through sports news outlets. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final result.
Several factors could influence the probabilities in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in player lineups, or tactical adjustments announced by the coaches could significantly shift expectations. Weather conditions on match day, such as heavy rain or strong winds, could also impact the likely scoreline. Furthermore, any unexpected events during the match itself, like red cards or early goals, will likely cause rapid adjustments in the market as traders react to the unfolding situation. Public sentiment and expert analysis can also contribute to price movements.
