If the match is postponed beyond 48 hours of its scheduled start, cancelled before any play, or forfeited prior to play commencing, the market resolves to the fair market price. Kalshi holds no affiliation with the governing league, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
On Kalshi, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing their beliefs about the outcome. The price of a contract reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, with higher prices indicating a greater likelihood. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders adjust their bids and asks based on new information, analysis, and their own risk tolerance, causing the market price to fluctuate until the event concludes. This dynamic process aims to converge on the true probability of the League of Legends match result.
This market resolves around Sep 22, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The winning team in the CTBC Flying Oyster Academy vs. Movistar KOI Fénix match will determine the resolution. The platform will rely on official results released by the League of Legends tournament organizers to determine the winning outcome and settle the contracts accordingly. Traders holding contracts on the winning team will receive a payout, while those holding contracts on the losing team will not.
Several factors could influence this market before Sep 22, 2026. Any news regarding player form, team strategies, or unexpected roster changes could cause traders to reassess their probabilities. Major upsets in other matches leading up to this one, or announcements about the playing conditions, could also shift the market.
